Honestly it wouldn't really matter in my book because they don't you know do stuff on there like the stuff on pornhub and it's only for a few moments alot of people ask this question and i would say it's okay but of course it would be bad if you start touching yourself or if it triggers you i would avoid all kinds of triggers but if you think you can handle it then yea it would be okay to watch it.

That you have to decide for yourself.

However, it was announced that due to a lot of fighting in the last season sexual content has a lot less screentime.

First episode of the season has one brief (but very hot) scene featuring three stunning women with Bronn, which might be a little tough if you’re heavily addicted. But it’s very brief and is interrupted quickly.

I think part of this challenge is to strive to be able to see and appreciate moments like this on the TV and wherever without taking it further, so I continue to watch this stuff, but if you’re not ready for that then, yeah, might want to back off.

Evidently, this is a boob fest and much, much more. It is not conducive to rebooting from fake sex scenes on TV or porn sites. Naturally, people will disagree. But once a sexual idea has been seeded in your mind, it will likely grow and grow...

Maybe it's not my place to say but I think shows like GoT are maybe good for helping your brain separate female bodies and healthy sexuality from PMO. I mean OK, maybe at first it's a really bad idea if just about anything will set you off, but given time I think it's only a good thing to be able to see nudity, be attracted, and then not take it any further than that. It's just a human body after all. We don't eat every meal we see on a cooking show, we can just say "That looks delicious", admire the skills of the person cooking, and then move on. I think we should be able to see these nude scenes in shows like GoT, say "She's gorgeous" and then move on from that, I think that encourages a much healthier way of seeing other people and their bodies than either immediately jerking off to them or avoiding them altogether. Of course this is just my view from my situation, everybody is different, and a reboot will be different for different severities of addiction, so please don't take this too seriously.
