Honestly when you stop giving a shit about women and putting them on a pedestal...you will suddenly find it way easier to talk with them and sleep with them. I wish I discovered it in my teen years but meh. All of this alt right stuff is just pure trash to me, just go out there, put yourself in uncomfortable situations and learn to just get over it and get over yourself. Ultimately no one cares, once you build confidence it's pretty smooth sailing. Honestly I think men in ONE SENSE (don't misquote me) have it easier than women which is: I often see guys with girls way out of their leagues, how? I think it might be good for you to go "pussy free". But their are many different hierarchies with many different goals. So to look at the world as hierarchy of mating can be harmful and deceiving. Maybe to stop viewing the world through this hierarchy can unchain you. And present a hole new world with different opportunities. Opportunities that you were blind to because you only saw the end goal of being chosen by a women. So instead of accepting your place at the bottom you should stop aimming to climb this hierarchy. If you let go of the ultimate goal to get laid, you know have a wide array of possibilities and the freedom to choose the life that is perfect for you. Find a new hierarchy because you must have some ideal. You must strive upward toward something.
