WHY no pmo?

That's the number one reason to do it that you want to have a healthy and happy relationship someday with a woman. It's easier to fix this now before you get involved with someone because then you will have to deal with her hurt and feelings and it is much harder! I am a partner of a man with PIDE and I wrote something in one of the other forums which was called a letter from your future wife or fiancée. It hit home with a lot of guys struggling with PMO addiction. It's horrible to deal with and it will kill attempts at serious committed relationships. If I can save one person from dealing with what I am now that is success. Don't rationalize or say you will change when you meet someone it just gets harder. MO is supposed to be a dress rehearsal for sex. So think about how you MO then think about sex with your future wife. Will you be watching porn everytime you have sex? Will you use your own hand to O ? Will she be a different woman everytime with perfect looks and a perfect body ? Will you be able to click and have her disappear and find a new partner in a minute if you get bored? Will she not have any needs or wants just please you? I hope this helps.
