I believe all hearts beat faster when looking at something sexually arousing. So, I guess, it's normal.

 

That's just one reason why it's a good idea to stay away from porn. Many people report that the 'tastes' they acquired from porn went away when they put the porn away.

 

There's 2 things here:

1. Yes, of course, when you become aroused by something you thought disgusting before, your heart will start beating faster.

2. Why would be a bad thing to be aroused by something disgusting ?
And here, I have 2 possible answers:

2.1. If it prevents you from becoming aroused in or getting involved with a "normal" sexual relationship.
2.2. If arousal is linked to or generates the intention or behavior to harm another being.

Besides that, it really doesn't matter. And here I'm speaking from personal experience. Meaning, I am able to get aroused by disgusting things, but it doesn't bother me.
