I was so nervous to bring this up with girls at first. But I`ve found them to be really supportive.

Often i wont bring it up unless it happens during sex. At which point i explain that its not them but its me and then start to explain the whole porn, brain fried thing.

From my experience i wouldn't worry too much about it.

 

I'm female and I think if you have a history of porn addiction and a sexual dysfunction you need to reveal that before you have sex. If it happens during sex then she will understand and women usually start to become attached after sex so you need to be fair to her and yourself . Most women will be understanding but if she's not then you both get out before feelings are involved.
