What do you want out of life? Do you want a happy family? Wealth? Live life to the fullest?
Then make a purpose and follow it.
Most people just want to try new things and when it gets hard for them they quit. Don’t be like most people; you have to have a strong reason to quit this addiction. Ask yourself these questions:

    Why am I doing this?
Who am I doing this for?

    Why are you doing this?
    - Depends on what you want out of life, ask yourself this and write down your answers. Is it to make yourself feel better and boost self-esteem, or get a better lifestyle.
Who are you doing this for?
    - Some people’s relationships are affected by pornography, they start to have arguments and continue arguments lead to fights and divorces. You might love someone so much that you want to do anything to make yourself the best version and you decide to quit this habit.
You can do it too; In-order to succeed, you just have to find the perfect reason to overcome this harmful addiction.

“You must have the strong WHY! If not, you will never succeed quitting a bad habit.” - Sufian T.

  4. Lmao this dude quoting himself :D

No but seriously, it's important to have some kind of vision of what your future self should be and work towards that goal on a daily basis.

  5. I think the guy just has correct behaviour now. I have no idea how long I have done physical exercise or played an instrument, they are just good habits. We should aim to go from 'I haven't masturbated for...' to 'I used to masturbate' to 'I don't masturbate'.

For so many people, they may have an "IDEA" of what they want, but it isn't concrete, or at the forefront of their day. Take a day or two and think. Like, devote all your freetime to thinking. Minimum of 1-2 hours. Sit down and write down, CONCRETELY, what you want out of life 3 years from now, ideally. Then take that, and write down where you're GOING to be 1 year from now. All these goals can pertain to relationships, but I wouldn't recommend it. Focus on yourself. I want to be THIS weight, with THIS percent bodyfat. I want to be able to do X pushups/pullups and run X miles. I want to be making X amount of money, have THIS job, etc. . . Everything about your life, where you want to live, etc. . . Then break it down further. How are you going to have progressed towards those goals 6 months from now? 3 months? 1 month from now how have you been working towards it? WHAT EXACTLY are you going to do THIS WEEK to work towards those goals. Write them ALL down. Each week, month, 3 months, etc. . re-focus your goals for that time span. Read them every day. No excuses, go after it 100%. Women come second. give yourself a purpose that YOU can control. When you do this, you'll become more driven and confidant in who you are. That's attractive. Women like that. When you're in the right place, it's not an issue to get girls. That should NOT be your primary focus. Write down your values and what's always true about yourself. Go over them every morning and night. Organize your life to the point that even on the days when you have no MOTIVATION to change, you can still have the DEDICATION to follow what you've laid out for yourself. Find hobbies that ARE NOT VIDEOGAMES OR TV. That's completely wasted time. Right now I have 3-4 hours a day of free time outside of college. It's ALL spent reading, working out, playing bass, or rock climbing. Because I'm passionate about those things. And I want to get better at them. Fill all your free time with CONSTRUCTIVE hobbies and you'll find quickly that you have no attraction to porn anymore. LOVE YOU ALL! You CAN DO THIS! I'll see you at the end of this month when I hit a month.

YOu have so much more potential than that man! If you're not wastin energy on this, work and family should be the bare minimum of your goals. What instrument have you always wanted to play? Hobby? Sport? Books to read? Make a full list and get it done bro!
