1. What is the difference between monkmode and hardmode?

2: Do you think absolute abstience/containment is worth it? I think, let's discuss it : )

Now in the past 3 years my best strikes was 81 and second 50 something days : D So I cannot talk pure fact about what 6 months, 2 years, 5 years is like.
- Let's gather up a huge list of accounts of people who did absolute containment for 2 years at least; so we can have as reference

I would vote just vote “yes” but with no no time frame if that option was available. It is for the simple fact of what SageWilled said above - or in other words, we all different so there is no minimum nor maximum time.

In this nihilistic age of science and no after-life I feel that as long as you're a good person and do your best to help your loved ones and community, indulging in pleasures is OK when you're young, but I feel that if you're of certain age everyone with a healthy mindset should focus on their careers if they have a very important one or in their families. In the other hand I think that those with PMO problems should move away from dangerous sexual habits because it can spiral out of control
