What is realistic fantasy though? (WARNING POSSIBLE AROUSING LITERATURE)

    Please only guys that occasionally MO without porn or artificial sexual stimulation answer this question.

    On YBOP it says if you ever do masturbate only do it to realistic fantasy. But what is realistic fantasy?

    Technically speaking realistic fantasy could be anything you could do with a woman in real life. So obviously when we think of realistic fantasy probably the most thing we're supposed to think of is us having sex with a woman. But what if we thought about having anal sex with a woman? What if we thought about a woman sitting on our face ext? My point is these things happen in real life. So how are those things not realistic fantasy?

    Thoughts and opinions on this please?

    Like I say please only answer if you occasionally MO without porn/artificial sexual stimulation. I don't want to start debating with guys on how MO was causing next to no issues before high speed internet.

    Back then when i was watching ponr these are one of my favorite,


    And fyi ive tried nofap for almost 3 yeas....back then i had a couple relapse just by imaginating it.... And yeah one of it was anal sex with my friend(girl). Even now im batling with fantasy (u can check my nofap ask history)

    The problem with the theory IMO would cause something like ed is people have IMO'd for a very long time, yet ed only started happening in young men around 2006 when high speed internet porn first went online.

    Hello, realistic I interpret as possible in the realm of reality. For example some people two hundred years ago may have a fantasy that's on a space ship with aliens. the other interpretation that comes to mind is what is possible in the realm of reality you exist in as defined by your beliefs even though one actually has 'the' ability. I mean you know the cliche about the four minute mile...

    I would define it as something I would realistically want to happen with a girl I cared about.

    So, for me that means ignoring the fantasy of more than 1 partner, and ignoring fetish stuff that I'm not yet certain is my true desire (because I haven't rebooted properly yet).

    Less novelty fantasy, more fantasy about connecting with another person.
