What helps me with the chaser effekt

    If I completely focus on relaxing my pelving floor muscles during the process (Sex, Masturbation or whatever you do) it helps a lot afterwards. Don't flex your PC/BC muscles and keep them as loose as possible. I always had the feeling not being satisfied after orgasm. Orgasm while relaxing the pelvic muscles brings some afterwards satisfaction back and I think with time I'll be back to normal.

    Could you clarify what you mean by satisfaction? Does relaxing the muscles increase the sensation?
