What has made you glad recently?

Watching my grandson find endless amazement and fascination in the most ordinary mundane everyday things.

Why does it seem we must lose the capacity to do this as we grow?

 

Enjoying some Chinese cuisine and conversation with my boss. Felt like we connected pretty well today, and I liked the feeling.

Honestly, I think she's been one of my favorite bosses that I've had in a long time.

 

As of tonight my choice to drink a mocha instead of alcohol.

 

Today I hung out with a friend over at her house, we watched a show we both really like and spent the whole time holding hands, talking, laughing and cuddling.

When I was walking away from her house I was grinning.

 

Sitting off to the side in my son's restaurant watching him work the room.

Oh because we had a civil wedding but we aren't married in church yet. Currently we are waiting and preparing for our church wedding.
