What do you guys do with the urges?

    I have one problem that I recently encountered during my reboot is that everytime I gotten past 7 days I feel this undiscriable urge to fap.I got this sensation in my groin and all this sexual energy in body and I dont know what to do with it.I plan on having sex with a woman that I want to have a relationship with,but right now I'm on going hard-mode so it wont effect my reboot.I just want know if anybody has encountered this problem and what tips can use to counter my urges.Thanks:cool:

    I find what is working well is practice not letting yourself fantasize.

    Every time you stop a fantasy, you have just practiced stopping an urge.

    Practice stopping mental porn ... and it gets easier and easier to stop yourself from escalating to PMO.

    It was also during the second week that I felt the same urges...
    You have to be intolerant of edging. Don't play with your eyes and don't let your thoughts wander away. Stay focus on why you want to succeed.
    If the urges is to strong, take a walk outside, call a friend, go out see a movie, take a cold shower or even cook :) inertia is what can make you fall.

    I don't let myself fantasize. If it starts then I think about something else. If it keeps coming back then I do something like workout. I have done cold showers. Maybe get an accountability partner. All of us go thru alot of the same issues and we know the addiction pretty damn well.

    I can't even look at one picture of a girl. One pic WILL lead to PMO for me so I just leave it in the past...
