I think I can say that if you have a blog and are on NoFap you are one of those guys who are more sensitive / obsessive or perhaps more aware of the porn use than 'the other guys'. Face it: we are the very very small minority of porn users who are aware of this and actively working on this. So give yourself a pad on your pack for it :)

Anyhow, it also means that you probably were one of those guys who were more hardcore / active on the PMO activity than 'normal'. I can say I was one of those guys: I know friends telling me that they watch porn once or twice a week... I was stunned to hear that they could willingly not watch porn for 2-3 days just because they didn't wanted to!!!
Since porn became more and more available to me since 2003/2004 I cannot remember not watching almost every single day. The last few years I watched porn multiple times a day in the weekends. Sometimes even up to 8 times in a single weekend when I was sitting home alone. Thinking back of those days it were really empty, dull and depressing weekends where I felt like an addicted zombie without being aware that it was caused by the excessive use of porn! I thought it was 'just me'...

    To come to the point:
I did some calculations: one 'sitting' took me about 20-30 min. So on average I think I would PMO 10 times a week. So that comes to 3 to 5 hours of spare time a WEEK I wasted on desensitizing my brain and killing my attraction to real women. And this is excluding the lethargic hours watching tv or 'hanging on the Internet' afterwards.

So please share: How many hours did you gain since you stopped the PMO habit? And what are you doing to fill that empty space?

What I do since I stopped PMO:
    - Meditate more often (almost daily)
    - Take more time to cook food
    - Play guitar
    - Visit more friends
    - Started taking a walk: really refresing...always thought only old people liked doing it
    - Read a book / study
    - ...

I didn't really gain much time from quitting PMO but I felt driven to do something good with that time. Exercise, reading, going for walks and cooking have helped me.

You did not? So how many hours did you spend per week on:
    - Clicking around the internet thinking if you should watch (another) porn video
    - Going through all different Tube sites and browsing through the vids
    - Watching a few, open multiple tabs
    - Edge for a while till the job is done

Don't tell me you didn't at least waste about 15-30 min each time and watch it several times a week. When you have a full time job and don't live with you parents, free time is, even for a single, quite scarce. Do the math and you'll be amazed how much time has freed up by now.
