What are you using to fill the emptiness in your life ?

    Besides pmo what’re you doing to fill your void ? The lack of a life currently ? Do you constantly go on netflix ? Constantly drown yourself in video games ? These things are fine if limited but will always be unfulfilling in the long run.

    What do you do to make up for your lack of having a social circle ? I want to know the different answers people have to give. We’re all just filling ourselves up in the end and if we aren’t doing it correctly we aren’t growing and will always feel unsatisfied with life. I’ve noticed I’ve watsed too much time in things that don’t matter. And in the end doesn’t help me feel fulfilled anyway. So why do we do it ? Lack of purpose ? Not knowing who we are or what we want ? To scared to do what we know we need to do ?

    I try to be - wisdom, discipline and athletic.
    Wisdom - reading books, watching theatre performances, going to church and listening/thinking about the theme.
    Athletic - working out in a gym, getting better at football (technique, ball control), exercising for better speed and explosiveness.
    Discipline - cold showers, breathing exercises, kegels, abstinating from pmo, trying to handle depression without relapsing.

    Your post is under Loneliness section so I assume youre lonely. I am lonely too - never felt love, never had relationship. I know what kind of emptiness you fell, when noone is here for you. But all these things I am doing actually makes me happier. Self-improvement is real. Set up some goals and go for them - it can be whatever you fell.
    * I would recommend you some logńg-term goals you can achieve on your own when you dont need to rely on the others.

    I exercise. Ride my bicycle, run, boxing classes 3 times a week, push ups at home.
    I also stretch my body a couple times a week for 30-45 minutes. Deep painful stretches, but during the stretching I'm trying to control and focus on my breathing. So it is also a little bit of meditation for me. After stretching, my body feels really opened up and it is amazing to just lay in bed after the stretch and just think about whatever gets in my mind.

    I also have 5 motorcycles that I like to get my hands dirty on. Restore them, fix issues, do normal maintenance or clean them. Edit: And ofcourse ride them, forgot that part :p

    Also did some PUA stuff until quite recently. I'm trying to abstain it during my Nofap journey. I didn't feel a lot of pleasure anymore after I had sex with women. Also the sex was not very enjoyable because of PMO, have/had PIED and I didn't get a great feeling. It was like my goal was achieved, which is not how I want to look at women.

    As the saying goes an idle mind is the devils workshop. With that being said what is good to do? I would suggest being physically active and in doing so you keep your mind off of things that are unprofitable. I myself work a ton and in my spare time do things like walking/running, remodeling my house, meditating and of course reading NoFap forums. You can only be lonely if you leave room for loneliness

    Yeah...nothing different from the rest of you guys. I just do sports always as possible, read some books and articles and in general, trying to do things to improve myself, things I like as well, it distracts me from my problems.

    I do nothing to fill it with, whenever I try, I fail and feel even worse.

    I like to do a few things.
    I want to be a real specialist in some field, so I'm currently pursuing a masters degree.
    Other than that I like to play sports. I play tennis on Saturdays, indoor soccer on Sundays and jog and do body weight exercises every other day.
