What are the effects of not watching porn after an extended amount of time?

    Basically I have been watching porn everyday of my life since about 14 years old and I'm 22 now. I know it's not healhty but what changes can I expect to see once I quit and this includes looking at any kind of racy pictures of girls online.

    I haven't watched porn for about a week now and I do feel lighter... Its hard to explain properly but my brain feels well, less filthy lol
