WET DREAMS IS = TO RELAPSE?

Wet dreams do NOT mean you have relapsed. It is an uncontrollable and natural occurrence.

Your thoughts, especially when you dream, can't be helped. That's what makes this process so hard. The dreams are the worst because they also create the physical illusion.

I can imagine how difficult it is for a guy to stay fap-free with morning wood and all!

 

This night I woke up during a "wet" dream. I almost came but I stopped it. If I did come would it mean a relapse because I was awake?

 

Resetting and relapsing don't have specific answers. Ask yourself it counts as a relapse. If you're heart says yes or no, then there you go. If you honestly don't know, here is the only advice I can offer. If you have NO power to stop it, then it doesn't count. The only way to keep yourself from a wet dream is not sleeping, which is stupid. You need sleep. This process is hard because there is no RIGHT or WRONG answer. In the end, it's up to you.

 

If it happens again I think I'll switch to NO PM with O's allowed. I'll feel more comfortable with everything under my control because Porn and Masturbation is always a choice.
