Wet Dream Before Exam... Fk

Been on nofap for 50 days and I am having an exam on Monday. And then at the worst possible time my brain decided to give me a wet dream. Great job, round of applause. Now I feel very tired and irritated. Brain fog starts to pile up and feels like my memory deteriorated. It's bad, but not as bad as busting a nut though. The symptoms are similar, but not as severe. Hope I can get back on track soon.
