    I started watching porn when i was 13. Now im 18 and you know, i need to quit mastubating now. It is a known phenomenon that masturbation causes hairfall and it is affecting me badly. I've figured put that the more i mastubate, the more hair strands i lose. So, I need help from you people. Plzzzz

    Veir, you're encouraging! I like seeing younger people in recovery! You have so much potential. I'm almost 40. My hair hasn't fallen out. Don't be afraid of stuff like that. Get involved in recovery.. in community. You can beat this, but you aren't as likely to do it alone.
