Week three -horrendous blue balls

    I been on for almost three weeks now. This past week for about three days I was hurting pretty much all day long BAD -is that normal? Anyone else have this issue?

    Are we allowed to ejaculate in that case?? NoFap means that it is forbidden right? I've never had the blue balls before but I could feel that it would overflow sometimes when it's been a while...
