Wearing tighter underwear HELPS

    Just wanted to give this "unconventional" (?) advice.

    In my experience, wearing tighter underwear (I wear briefs 98% of the time, the other 2% being tight boxers at home) has been really helpful for me, especially during first few weeks.
    It keeps everything in place and limits erections. I also have briefs that will allow a 70% erection (a more loose fit) and I find it more challenging to stay clean with them.

    I also have briefs that are considered a bit too small for me and when wearing them I'll be on that edge between being comfortable and uncomfortable. But they hardly allow any erections at all (40-50%) and I think they've been very helpful. It almost acts as the most convenient chastity device that is not a real chastity device.

    Tight undie con: Don't even think about crossing your legs when sitting. Ouch.

    In the past I'd go to sleep without any underwear and I've found it to be the most challenging way ever. Wearing sleeping pants or loose boxers and nothing underneath is probably the worst thing ever since it allows a full erection and puts on some friction. You're pretty much on the verge of teasing yourself just through moving the clothing. Lying on your belly with your D to your stomach can be also a slippery slope!

    I'm also uncut (my D has not been mutilated) and that means much more sensitivity than being cut. Which can really skyrocket on those 7th, 10th, 18th days and such!

    With that being said, the most important and reliable control we have is obviously in our minds!

    It's mostly just common sense and not any breaking news, but just wanted to give back to community since this undie approach has proved to be helpful for me.

    Another thing from my experience in going NoFap and working at home: wear pyjamas only in bed and ideally be in some casual pants with a belt! Wearing sweatpants means a very easy and quick access to your sexual zone. When you're belted it takes more deliberate action to get there. This has also been helpful probably more than one would expect.

    When I am out and about, I find 'snug' underpants the best, but I agree that sweats with no briefs is the worst in bed. Just being naked in bed works best for me. I am uncut, too, and it works for my dick to stiffen and soften as it sees fit, but it doesn't get to rub on anything, causing unwanted friction (I sleep on my side and seemingly never move).

    Ive noticed that as well, im in my 30th day of no pmo, and it helps me alot, used to sleep without undwerwear and belly down, as the "takethecharge" said it can be a slippery slope.
