I decided to M and O this morning, after a 4 month run of no P,M or O, which I don't really see as a problem in itself, and I'll certainly go back to refraining from it, however, I was a bit disappointed to not get a 100% solid erection. I would have said it was a 60% erection at best.

Same here and that is perfectly normal for recovery. It will take months before you fully recover and even if you had sex today you would still be at 60%. I am getting close to one year of recovery (with M relapse and real sex in between). Things are, however, getting better. Be patient and let things sort themselves out.

  3. I am 1O5 days in and PIED. Just in the last several weeks my erections are getting better. Most nights they last all night. Don't give up.

Thanks for the reassurance. I just hoped that I would be close to 'full strength' by now, and must admit that as a result, I would be anxious about trying penetrative sex at the moment. That said, there's little chance of that at the moment...

  5. Don’t give up. I also had PE which has lessened with my wife giving me HJ. Have not tried penetrative yet. I last much longer too.

I exactly know what you mean. Early in the recovery I really wanted to see significant improvement but over time I realized that such thinking always hinders my progress with testing or wanting to have sex. The bottom line is that our chemical balance in brain is such that dopamine levels are too low and our brain does not release dopamine from sex and M. It will have to take time because brain cannot recover that fast if you abused P more than your (or mine) brain could handle it.

On the positive note, aside from improved libido, erections, etc. you will encounter non-sexual benefits.
