Wanted to stop masturbation and porn in years

Hi! I just made a nofap account today because of how porn almost ruined my life multiple times. I was addicted to porn since I was 13... now im 21 and Im still addicted. I failed college semesters many times and one of the main reasons is porn addiction and how lazy it made me feel. It gave me depression and people could easily notice it, it was horrible. Right now my summer semester will start in 2 days and I really have faith in stopping this addiction once and for all. Embarrassing for me to say that I relapsed today and I am deeply ashamed of myself. But right now I wanna make a schedule and improve myself to be better, I wanna be a new man with a fresh mind and with no negative thoughts in my head. And I will start this journey today.
