    Last night I watched the Bréne Brown Netflix Special. I have been familiar with Bréne for a couple of years now. She is a leading researcher on shame, vulnerability, courage, and connection. I am certain that these issues and values lay at the heart of any addiction and are the key to recovery and healing. Has anyone seen the special yet? Would be interested in what you guys think.
