Volunteering/ Paying back

    Hi all,
    I was curious if anyone has had any positive service or volunteering experience? I know 12 step pushes this within their groups but I’d like to pay back in other ways. Feel free to weight in as I’d love ideas and maybe others would as well. Thought I’d start a chat on the subject.

    Hi , I just started with a charity which helps refugees . I will host refugees for short period of time. Having a presence at home will help me stay away from pmo, it will make me interract with new people (good for mental energy) and most of all, it will make a difference .
