Semen is not nearly as valuable as the mental energy that can be generated from it through transmutation. Orgasm is where the most energy is lost and it leaves through your actual head.

Six of one half a dozen of the other StormsSankin. With either explanation the result seems to be the same: lack of energy in all aspects.

One drop of semen equals 40 drops of blood eh? Gotta think about this one.

  5. You might find also this interesting. The guy says that, according to an ancient chinese story, a man can ejaculate about 5000 times in their lives (looks like i have about one left:eek::D). There's also an interval to how often different aged men can ejaculate to conserve their vital energies, although i think total conservation would be optimal. At least for porn addicts.

  6. The master of Taoist philosophy, Dr. Stephen Chang wrote:

“When the average male ejaculates, he loses about one tablespoon of semen. According to scientific research, the nutritional value of this amount of semen is equal to that of two pieces of New York steak, ten eggs, six oranges, and two lemons combined. That includes proteins, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, everything… Ejaculation is often called ‘coming’. The precise word for it should be ‘going,’ because everything – the erection, vital energy, millions of live sperm, hormones, nutrients, even a little of the man’s personality goes away. It is a great sacrifice for the man, spirituality, mentally, and physically.”

But then again, you can also read Tracie Egan Morrissey, a first-grade unintelligent feminist trash troll who'll claim that vitamin C in semen "is the kind of bullshit that somebody comes up with when he's talking out of his ass and thinking with his dick." while still acknowledging that "semen does have an awful lot of zinc" but that doesn't matter 'cause "It's something that's probably already in your multivitamin, though."

I have read many times that it takes "100 drops of blood to make one drop of semen". I have also read that the number is 40 drops.... Sooooo, let's put this into perspective:

The Mayo Clinic limits donation of full red blood to one time in 84 days. (which is 12 weeks, or 3 months) There are 20 drops in a milliliter. This leaves 9463.5 drops in a pint. And 473 milliliters to a pint. A load of semen at the high end is about 10 milliliters. (200 drops) If it takes 100 drops of blood to replace 1 drop of semen, then:

If one ejaculates 10 milliliters, he will need to replace 100 times that in blood. Or 20,000 drops. That is, he will need to replace just a tiny bit OVER 3 pints of blood. (20,000 drops divided by 9463.5 = 3.09)

If the Mayo Clinic requires a three month waiting period to replenish the donation of one pint of blood, it follows that it will take 3 times that for three pints. Thus, to replace 3 pints of blood requires 36 weeks or 9 months.

This leaves the conclusion that one ejaculation of 10ml then requires 9 full months to fully replenish.

Is my math correct? Are my assumptions reasonable? (the 100 drops of blood for one drop of semen, a 10ml 'load' of semen)

Do you find the conclusion reasonable? If the assumptions are, and my math is correct, then the conclusion IS reasonable.

What do you think of this conclusion in regards to a reboot? How often should a man ejaculate?

For me personally, this all squares with the advice I have received from other rebooters: It's going to take me at least a year to fully reboot.

    Comments please.

By the way, if we instead assume 40 drops vs 100 drops, then simply multiply the 9 month period by 40%. This leaves a replenishment period of 14.4 weeks, or just over 3 and a half months.

This leaves the basic advice often given of cumming once a season a bit of rationale behind it.

For me, I think the 9 months figure has some strong basis. But 3 months sure fits in with what the ancients have said.

One more thing. Dr. Kori Tanrikut (MD) of the Shady Grover fertility clinic states that it takes about 2.5 to 3 months for a sperm cell to fully develop.

Once again, the 3 month figure keeps coming back to us.

Forgive me for trying to bring this back to the top of the list.....but I am very curious if anyone has a comment. Do the numbers seem to make sense? We should consider that there is something natural about a three month cycle?
