used to 40+ days streak but now struggle with 5 days any tips?

I think on long streaks, we forget how difficult it was in the beginning of the streak, as things generally get easier later on. After a reset/relapse, we can't expect it to be as easy as it was before the reset/relapse, but things should be easier than they were at the beginning of the last streak. There should be some progress made.
