Urinary Problems

I feel like I have to pee a lot sometimes. Mostly when I am in bed trying to sleep and sometimes when sitting in the classroom in school. Also anywhere with a bathroom that's close to me would make me want to pee. But when I am hanging out with my friends or playing outside or lifting weights I do have to pee for hours. And when I have to pee really frequently it's when my balls become really big with a lot of stuff in it that's uncomfortable which makes my have too pee. During the times where I have to pee frequently the bladder doesn't play much of a part of it al all. I noticed this after I started abstraining form M and my last attempt was up to 29 days imand this urinating thing was still there. Does it get better the longer you abstrain from M or not.
