Urges

Hold in there Buddy.

I'm having a hard time as well, my sex is very sensitive and my balls are full lol

The thing to do when you have an urge, is to avoid it immediatly...it's hard for me to do it, but if i don't, i'll relapse...or you do something else, and it will go away...

 

Man that must suck; getting strong urges on the 4th day. It isn't supposed to hit, at least not that strong, till the end of the first week. Anyways, just keep controlling yourself. No matter how dire, remember, these urges do go away and become weaker and weaker till they are nothing but a fragment at the back of your mind. At least that's true if you can keep sexual thoughts out of your head lol.
