You know today I relapsed and it is 6.6.2019 so I have an excuse that since if it is a number in a date that has 3, 6 or 9 I have to by default relapse again. Which means that if I pmo on 3. or 6. or 9. or 12. or 15. or 18. etc in the month that means by my stupid addictive logic that I must immediately relapse the other day. What should I do because I really do not want to do pmo again tomorrow as this stupid logic will kick in tomorrow. Any advice to stop doing pmo and prevent myself from thinking such stupid thoughts?

Well, it was night and I grabbed my pillow and started to you know what but I was not so conscious as I am when it is daylight, because it was around 3 or 4 am probably and I was still half asleep

 

It was a relapse. I was too much aware of what I was doing.. But anyway I started to see that porn industry is much stronger and bigger than it was 5 years ago.. There are far more and more powerful videos and games including porn than 5 years ago and also they are almost everywhere.. They took over in movies and also their advertising is amazing.. They took over with asmr.. Sorry guys but I think we are outclassed by them.. We are much smaller community than they are and also they are growing bigger each and every day
