Urged way to avoid fall down on fap

    Hello everybody I'm 37 and I don't have a girl I go in fap when I have 13 years olds.

    Try to avoid and reboting me, but I always fall down.

    Try to read and meditate when I have urges, but I use mobile phone to see porn video.

    Try to use function on google chrome to avoid see porn, but I disattivated function and go on porn website

    What do you adivece me to avoid watching porn on mobile phone.

    I'm a CRONICAL ADDICT BECAUSE IS MORE 24 YEARS I'M DEPENDED FROM PORN.

    What do you advice me, Please?

    You can try Zift. You can create a child profile for your phone that will block porn sites, even questionable YouTube videos and Google image searches. Can even block the app store and create times where the internet is blocked completely. Of course you still need will power though to not just uninstall it and look at porn.

    Could also use the app "app lock" to lock settings and package installer so you can't uninstall the other app. Again though you'll know the passcode to it so could uninstall it.
