Urge soooo strong in day 10 and after gym!

    Hello guys,

    I have been doing hardmode reboot for couple of months now and everytime I can't pass the 10 day mark! The urge will get so strong that it will wake me up in mid night and lure me to relapse! I wasn't even realized what I was doing until everything is too late!

    Also after going to gym I feels like my body is on fire and I have to really distract myself or use my willpower, after an hour the urge is back again!

    Since a lot of us going to the gym while rebooting, I want to know do you guys get big urge hit after gym? I am talking about gym with heavy squats, heavy bench and heavy rows.

    Also how can I pass the day 10? I have tried to check in the forum everyday, using the panic button, writing my streak and motivational sentence on whiteboard, setting up blockers, but non of these work, the urge is just soo strong!

    Maybe not go for a week or two? Wait till you enter the flatline, then go?

    Hi mate

    here's a tip for you! i go gym about 5 days a week BUT the difference is i go around in the evening once i m tired as i train and really fatigue out than i return home. when i get home i shower than eat and i am so tired by that point i fall asleep.

    another tip is as your probably aware when doing legs your testosterone level raises as much of it is in legs, so for first week i just done really light leg workout BUT no squats in there only leg raises and leg curls and few other small bits. in 2nd weeks i went heavy like my normal routine is and i didnt have problem BUT i will admit to one thing doe when ever i train leg, next day the urges are CRAZY!! you have to be at your best or else its gonna be a problem.

    no i didnt mean that, i mean to say your testosterone level will raise once you do leg training as most testosterone is in your legs so automatically your sexual hormones will be running as fast as Usain Bolt, telling you to relapse so that is why you have to be careful
