Well I would suggest setting your goal as no more fapping, but don't expect perfection from yourself because that will only lead to you getting super angry and resentful with yourself in the event of a relapse. Instead, strive for perfection, but expect hiccups along the way. Have a plan set beforehand to call your sponsor, CSAT, or AP and deal with each problem as it happens and make sure you don't fall the same way twice.
