turning my life upside down

    hi, this will be my second journal and here I will add, one by one, day by day, routine that will make not simply a different man but a totally different man,
    implemented by now:
    -NoFap hard mode(62 days)
    -no social(29 days)
    -daily meditation(55 days)
    -daily workout (62 days)
    -cold shower (10 days)
    -healthy food (62 days)
    in implementation (lose the focus sometimes):
    -daily great study
    -daily hour of new learning(using mooc to improve my knowledge)
    -exercise my willpower to overcome my shyness
    to be implemented:
    -daily reading
    -get a good work habit
    -experimentations( never had the courage to do something without thinking.. Idk bungee jumping or something like that)
    flying morning
    -YouTube timer
    -quit totally alcohol
    -black screen before 22 (max 22 30) every day
    -good sleep habit

    and maybe something will come to mind in future.. Obv everyone is welcomed to use this thread or to suggest some good habit

    impressive list brother. Only thing I would suggest is (this is assuming you aren't working out everyday in a gym) rather than working out everyday get a good 3 or 4 day a week program that focuses on building strength and size. Going to the gym has had by far the biggest benefits on my life over anything else I have done.

    yes man.. And it's a kind of problem of mine too.. I mean I was so paranoid and shy that had never had the guts to go a gym in order to not be seen.. Maybe after I will go :)

    -1 hour of new learning Y
    - study Loading

    -youtube not used
    -sleep habit N

    -black screen going now, I've a match that will end after 22 so in order to respect these will be the last messages for today
    - additional workout Y
    -study Y but not so efficient, not a failure not a win
    - haven't used YouTube at all
    -no pmo
    tomorrow we'll see about sleep

    woke up a little later than program so:
    sleep habit N
    flying start N
    but referring to yesterday
    black screen Y
    we'll see at the end of the day for the remaining tasks

    dinner time:
    -youtube(or tv in general) < 1 hour :)
    -no pmo :)
    -great workout :)
    -new learning :)
    - took the car just to go for a ride bc i wanted to :)
    -studied :)
    - meditated :)
    -healthy food:)
    -no social media:)
    -no alcohol:)
    but in order to get focused on the goal from now to my new login tomorrow I'll:
    - black screen before 22
    -cold shower before sleeping
    -reading instead of tv before bed time
    - woke up at 7 or before tomorrow
    hope to make.. Had to turn my life upside down

    Go now man. No one gives a fuck about you when you step foot in the gym ,everyone is focused on their own workout. Just get in there and do your thing, who gives a fuck what other people think of you.

    so yesterday:
    black screen at 21 30 :)
    read from 21 30 to 22 15 :)
    cold shower at 21 15 :)
    today:
    woke up at 6 50 :)
    meditation :)
    flying morning :)

    this flying morning stuff has to be absolutely implemented in my daily routine asap, I mean by now(in my country) are 10.45 am ca and I already :
    -meditate
    -workout
    -1 hour of new learning
    -studied about 2-2.5 hours
    all of these just because instead of waking up when I wanted(I'm a student in university unemployed by now)
    I woke up four hours ago and hadn't lose time

    and btw I virtually pay my respects to the only one who voted that I suck in making pool, I appreciate your honesty show up you deserve a reward :)

    so today had a meeting in university thanks to that:
    tv or YouTube none at all by now :)
    hadn't and will not drink :)
    smiled to the most people I could just to see if they would smile back :)
    and technically had a long walking bc of the tram :(
    so by now I'm going back home where I'll
    -have a cold shower
    -dinner with healthy food
    -reading instead of tv
    sleep so tomorrow another flying morning

    black screen at 21 50:)
    read from 21 50 to 22 30 :)
    and today:
    woke up at 6 50 :)
    meditate :)
    answer to all my challenges and updated my journal here :)
    now will study and in the breaks will workout and learn new things( pomodoro technique)

    another flying morning going awesome, again 10 45 ca and I've already done all I wanted to do today, so will do other things excpet for additional workout bc I've a match tonight so will save my energies a bit, but I'll keep on studying and maybe learn other new things

    Yes, of course. Changing your life is only in your hand, you are the one who can make your own decision. The only thing you can do is make the right choices at the right time. This really helps to regain confidence in your choices. Do some lifestyle changes, yoga practices, meditation to stable your mind.

    so had all these bad news from university(I mean they are even not so bad but I was expecting so much more since I've changed) but this won't stop me it just means I have to try harder, so despite it is Saturday:
    -had my flying morning
    -yesterday black screen while was out
    -meditate
    and now I will study and learn new thing and most important thing I won't give up
    I promised to all of you that I would be a new man and I will

    so thanks to flying morning I respected my schedule and this morning (11.15 am ca. by now) I:
    -Meditate very well
    -Insane workout
    -new learnings
    -studied
    obv no pmo
    and yesterday I forgot to add that I had my cold shower but I was out so I came back home and went to sleep without reading but I mean in the weekends it's okay

    so just to keep the right count:
    -NoFap hard mode(67 days)
    -healthy food(67 days, obv I don't eat only salads sometimes maybe an ice cream is good but generally speaking I quit all the junks food(McDonalds and so on)
    -daily workout(67 days, got compliment from girls for the results)
    -daily meditation (60 days, increasing day by day starting from being able to meditate seriously like 3 minutes to 15-20)
    -cold shower(15 days, doing it every day helped me to get used to it very quickly so by now I also enjoy)
    -no social(34 days, nofap forum doesn't count obv :) )
    -daily great study (3 days in a row that I am being able to study the amount that I would like to)
    -daily 1 hour of new learning (8 days, by now I'm learning about psychology)
    -black screen(4 days it really help me especially if I'm out with friends bc it forces me to have conversations instead of running away)
    -good sleep habit(4 days, in the last 4 days I never went sleeping after 00.00 and never woke up after 7 am)
    -reading (5 days, didn't do yesterday but as I said weekend doesn't count bc I'm out)
    -basically didn't watch tv or YouTube for chilling in the last 4 days(<2h)..
    -no alcohol(2 days)
    Not what I dream but what I need

    went for a walking in mountain and meditate there alone, man was so relaxing. I recharged my batteries, so I came back had my cold shower and learnt something new again.. Btw cold shower are so useful they bring me back to life seriously.. So I'm writing the goodbye for today, I'll have healthy dinner, will read before going out with friend where I'll try not to drink and go back earlier than usual to keep the track :)
