Trouble porn/web cams?

  1. Hey guy's. I just started again even though my counter is off I have three day's in me. I'm here to admit that I may be an addict. I have the most trouble when I am trying to sleep and mind just keeps on racing constantly. The main problem is that Masturbating helps me sleep.. I have had bad insomnia ever since I was a kid back in high school. Every night I will pretty much load up a few videos or play music to relax while Masturbating or sound frequencies focusing on Chakra's, etc. Lately I've stopped releasing semen, but I'm still edging.
    I don't know what to do at this point. I'm working third shift and on my days off its a struggle to keep busy especially when all my friends are sleeping. Even when I want to get out and do something. I am wondering if anybody has tips or ideas that can help me out.

    Just to point out that I'm in a little bit more control lately, last night I almost had a wet dream. But somehow in the middle of the dream before I was about to climax I was able to hold it in while I was sleeping. So I am proud of myself for that, because I usually release..

    I also read that improving your diet can help you sleep better. Research healthy and good lifestyle choices like exercise and diet. It helped me me loads

    I also have struggled with insomnia and used masturbation to help fall asleep.

    Lots of things you can do. Exercise, but not right before bed. Read books and avoid technology before bed. Essential oils like lavender and chammomile have calming effects - either get a diffuser or you can get balms (badger balm makes a sleep balm) to rub on your temples, nose, chest etc (or make your own).

    Also, if it's possible I would try to find a job that isn't a night shift. just my 2 cents

    I'm the same and, after years of practice, came to believe this was not a healthy long-term approach to sleep. For one, it's contributed to a pretty intense sex (broadly defined) addiction. My two cents is find another means of falling asleep.
