triggers and such

I relapsed today and I realized a lot of new triggers that are started by my gf. It's a new relationship and I tried telling her my issues but it just seemed she kept pressuring me. Today when we talked about the issue she understood what she did was wrong yet I still felt an urge to PMO (which I did sadly).

Has anybody else had the feeling that people just won't understand your addiction and might even trigger you by accident?
