Tools for Android smartphone and general framework for other devices - Spin Safe browser

You may not know me but I was a heavy poster around 2 years ago while I successfully did the NoFap challenge (90 days), but after completing the challenge I didn't feel the need to post again here.

But as I thought that my addiction was cured, it started to creep back into my life.
My biggest issue was having access to internet from a smartphone. Because of my job I cannot change it with a dumb phone so I had to find a way to use my phone productively without having access to porn, and I can say I have achieved it. (android only)

I accessed porn via Chrome but I couldn't just unnistall it because I needed access to Internet also for legitimate reasons. So my solution is the following: Uninstalled Chrome, then uninstall Google Play store, so that I cannot reinstall Chrome again. You could uninstall Google services but for me it was easier to install cyanogenmod (an Android variant), which by default doesn't have any Google apps. Then I uninstalled the default browser and installed a safe browser called Spin safe browser.

Actually I am writing this post because I want to praise the browser. It is meant to be a browser for children that should allow access only to the "safe" internet. By default it blocks any porn sites, as well as sites that might contain triggering material. Also, very important, if you discover a site that is not blocked you can just write to support and immediately block that site. I contacted them to have a particular site blocked and they replied extremely fast. And the best thing, there is nothing to configure. Plus, did I mention it is free?

I am working in IT and can say that I am a power user, and for any previous method of blocking myself from porn resulted in my mind finding a way around the "block". But not this time. This works for me, and it took me 9 months to come up with this elegant solution.

This is just one particular way of blocking porn access on smartphones. Each of us can find their own particular solution. However the way I found this solution (to use a child safe browser) was to decompose the problem (restrict porn access from phone without affecting overall productivity) and discover all the elements that "facilitate" access to porn. Let me give you an example: smartphone - wifi-access - internet subscription - (visual) browser. It should be obvious that eliminating any component, porn access will become impossible, and so is relapse. What I have done previously was to replace Chrome on the smartphone with a text-only browser. That worked because porn comes as video and images, so a text-only browser could not display that content. But the problem was that it was restricting my productivity.

Let me give you another example, what I have done to limit porn use on my laptop: internet subscription - router - wifi access (wifi password) - wifi module in laptop -
visual operating system (Windows) - visual browser
So what I did was to remove the wifi module from the laptop. I can still connect to the network with a cable, but the cable is short and is forcing me to sit in an uncomfortable chair. So, I can still access the internet if I need to but it's not the easiest thing to do so most of the times I don't do it.
Another solution I came up with on my computer was to replace the operating system to Linux, but command line only. I have a browser and can access the internet but only in text mode, so no porn images or videos can be seen.

My solutions might not be for everyone. For example, to remove Google Play Store you need to root your phone; to flash CynanogemMod you need to unlock the bootloader. To use Linux only in command line you need to be comfortable with it (usually only power users are). But the framework still stands and this is: Find all the components (hardware, software and others) that allow porn access and eliminate one of them.
