Hey guys, I wanted to start a daily intention thread to help myself and anyone else struggling with maintaining productivity during abstinence.

After moving away from porn I have found myself having increased available time that could be made productive.

However, during my current flatline, I feel drained of motivation to do anything remotely productive.

I feel that thinking of a new reason everyday on the WHY we should be productive will help to keep the mind focused and motivated!

I will start...

 

1. Today I will work hard towards my goals as I want to make my parents proud of what I have achieved
2. Today I will work hard towards my goals because I want to have no regrets when I am old
