    Looking forward to my future of nofap.
    Currently on day 9.
    Already seeing improvement with self esteem and general happiness.
    Looking for an accountability partner if possible.

    Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and not judge you. Congratulations on making it to Day 9! What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

    There is a forum for those looking for APs. You may, however, find one through your journal. That said, you will have a better chance of finding one if you share what country or city or time zone since there are men from around the world using NoFap.
