To hardmode or not?

    Hey all,

    Originally I've set out to not PMO, but any O with a partner I've thought of welcoming. I'd like all my sexual experience to be with a partner. However I've become aware of the chaser effect and I don't think I understand enough about the rewiring process to know what the downsides might be of having sex.

    I feel like I want to have sexual relationships right now, but I know that might just be part of my urge that I might want to keep controlled! Perhaps a period with no sex or O whatsoever will be for the long term benefit? Perhaps Karezza?

    I've been seeing a girl and I'm likely to be faced with the opportunity of sex in the near future. I'd rather get my ideas straight and some insight now as opposed to wondering afterwards...

    Can anyone share some advice?

    Personally i think its more important to get the streak in now to allow a return to some semblance of normality but i guess it depends on if your suffering from ED or anything similar. If your fine then i dont see why you couldn't be with this girl as long as you avoid P or fantasying about it.

    I actually don't have much addiction to P at all nor ED. I do however fantasize a lot and can easily rub a couple out in a day(at least one M a day before I started this Nofap)... So I'm just trying to get an idea of what having sexual experiences and O's with a partner during this no PMO period will mean.

    One of the inherent benefits of NoFap is the confidence and energy after around 7-10 days. I've never had sex, but whenever I cum (from masturbation) I feel incredibly fatigued and moody the next day. I personally would go with hard mode even with a girlfriend/lover. I accomplish more and I am a more pleasant person in general. But only you can determine what you want out of this.
