    Hi all,

I'm a 29 year old happily married man with one in the oven.

Like many of you here, I started watching porn very early on in life (maybe 11?). For many years I would go in and out phases of addiction.

But about a week and half ago, i decided i would stop watching porn altogether. And so far, it's actually been quite easy. I haven't felt the urge or need to return to it, even though I work at home. I also haven't had sex (wife is pregnant and its difficult for us) or masturbated either.

[on a side note, i also decided to quit sugar and carbs and start exercising everyday, which has worked out well for me. I only had cravings on the second day]

but over the weekend, when i went out with my wife, something weird happened to me. i realised that i became extremely turned on by every woman i found attractive in public. I have never been this turned on in my life. In particular, when we went to a wedding, I couldnt stop fantasizing about the women in cocktail dresses(some of whom, I'm embarrassed to say, were my wife's close friends).

And now,for some reason i just keep thinking about having sex with these women. Its stuck in my mind as I try to work and live and do normal things.

I'm just wondering whether masturbating will help me get over these thoughts. I'm wary of it making things worse though. Do you think I should hold out and let it pass over or should i just use fapping to overcome these overwhelming sexual desires? To fap or not to fap, that is the question.

It's called a normal sex drive, although - since PMO amplifies the desires, you'll definitely be attracted to women. Over time, you will notice women for who they are and what they represent other than just sexual conquests.

IMHO, I would not M. For me that would be a PSub. And don't get me wrong, I would never deny the beauty of a woman or their attractiveness to me.... it's where the thoughts end up that matter.

    Cheers - YMMV.

    Noted.

So do you still have sexual fantasies about attractive women? Or does it go away altogether? I can't imagine the latter ever happening to myself, although I would be thrilled if it did.
