    Hi fellows,

I'm reading about all great things I should experience when nearing completion of hard mode (no PMO/ no sex for 90 days), but I just don't. Being 83/90 day, I should already have more energy etc. but I feel as shitty as on day 1. I haven't run/cycle for three days (I have been weightlifting) and I'm back in my f... zero energy, depressed-anxious mindset. It's been a mood swing roller coaster these 83 days... I was hoping to feel much, much better by now. What am I doing wrong? What should I do?

90 days is the general number but it's far too specific to apply to everyone. For many it takes a bit longer. If PMO is the cause of your ups and downs then you will eventually stable out. You could be going through a mini flatline. Consider other factors though, is your sleep in check?

I suffer from insomnia and morning oversleeping... I can't get it in order, even when I'm completely physically exhausted, I have trouble falling asleep.

It's my third 90 day try and I never felt so bad after nearly finishing it. I'm just tired of all this crap, it has cost me so much time and energy. I was hoping I will find energy to resolve other life issues bothering me after completing it, but I'm so f... up right now, I don't even want to think about them, I'm enough depressed already :(

It just means you need more time.Maybe it will take another month or two extra months. It's different for everyone.

Buy a pair of blue light blocking glasses and put them on when the sun goes down. Don't have caffeine in the second half of the day and figure out a time you will go to bed and a time you will get up and stick to it. Don't use your phone in bed. I know you may be dealing with a sleep problem bigger than these things but cutting out blue light and stimuli and having a consistent schedule can greatly transform your sleep. And it's so important to feeling balanced and capable of handling life's challenges.

I also highly recommend mindfulness meditation. Try the Headspace app.

Thanks for your advice. It's funny I don't even want to PMO, no urges all 83 days, just a total flat line and major depression. I fight depression with daily aerobic exercise, but if I don't do it regulary, I'm just day or two away from back feeling like a zombie again.

Thank you for your advice, I'll try blue light blocking glasses glasses. I've tried establishing regular sleeping hours schedule, but I just can't fall a sleep. I sometimes don't sleep at all and I still can't fall asleep next evening.

Have you seen a doctor about your insomnia? If not you definitely should.
