    Hello,

    It's been approx 70 days since the last time I masturbated.
    I used to do it ca. 5-7 times a week since I was 12.

    Here is my personal nofap timeline:

    1day - severe erectile dysfunction, weak boner, which lasts a few seconds, almost no sensation, no orgasm/ejaculation during sexual intercourse - penetration almost impossible

    7days - moderate erection, lasts for a few minutes, boner remains weak, no sensation/orgasm/ejaculation

    1month - erection and boner is strong, no sensitivity or ejaculation during sexual intercourse

    70days - boner is very strong and lasts forever even if i don't feel horny (penis size didn't change, but it appears legit due to the strong boner); frequent morning erections;
    Penile sensitivity remains very low, still can't reach orgasm while having sex.
    Its getting hard, because i don't see these benefits anymore, i got used to the empowering feeling, increased will and confidence, so i don't notice it anymore and nothing seems to improve for quite a while. Besides, i still have insomnia, anxiety and panic attacks, even though i wake up 5 o'clock every morning, take exercise and meditate and have wonderful realationships with my gf and friends.
    I am tired of sex with no orgasm and withouth pleasant sensation of penile stimulation, I only do it (1-2 times a week) in order to please my gf.
    it's really hard to sustain from thoughts and fantasies, I feel like I am cheating and watching porn in my mind even though physically I watch no porn.
    The libido is enormous... and those legs with high heels drive me crazy. Wet dreams are increasing(last week I had two in a row), It's getting hard to hold on..
    To summ up, it's still a long road ahead, and the real difficulties are just starting to emerge, but I'm grateful for my long lasting boner and hope, that i could one day ejaculate just by vaginal stimulation.

    Update:

    I gave up after reaching 83 days, because things didn`t seem to make sense anymore. Now I know that it was me experiencing flatline. This time i woun`t make the same mistake again and I will keep going no matter what, because flatline is temporary and it`s a necessary process when recovering from Porn addiction :D

    Update:

    I have been in nofap for more than half a year now.
    1 Streak - 83d.
    2 Streak - 48d.
    3 Streak - 26d.
    Later streaks continued for appr 2-3weeks.

    Despite relapsing, my sexual health continued to improve. Penile sensitivity increased significantly, i can finally reach orgasm and ejaculate.

    Much, much too optimistic time fame for anyone being compulsive addiction for decade or more. From my own experience being in hardmode, I'd say:

    1-2 months to get rid of headaches/flu like illness,
    3-4 months for psych symtoms to wear down (wild mood swings/anxiety/depression/),
    4-5 months to start coming out of flatline and see some PIED improvement (morning woods start much sooner).

    @SCIPIED 83 days and still no vaginal ejaculation????

    I am on the same track man, PMO and PA since I was a teenager and now 15 years later i'm paying for it. Is this due to lack of sensitivity for you?

    Hi! Yes, 83 days didn't help much back then. After all, It was my very first nofap streak. Fortunatelly a lot has changed since then. I can finally feel something, although not perfectly, but good enough to feel pleasure when penetrating. I also reach climax and ejaculate!
    It improved despite my constant relapsing. My later streaks continued for 2-4weeks but it was still effective. So, it doesn't matter if you fail or not, as long as you keep trying and keep coming back after relapse, your sexual health will continue to improve.
