Time to Fight

  1. So I'll have a daily journal on this website documenting my progress. I don't have a specific number of days in mind; more like goals in real-life to reach out and achieve. I'm more here to start replacing my bad habits with a healthier lifestyle rather than only quit. I'll also keep track of daily habits here.

    Short-Term Goals
    • [1/3] Stay porn free for 3 days
    • [0/3] Workout 3 times
    • [0/3] Morning Routine for 3 days
    • [0/3] Night Routine for 3 days

    Sounds like a good way to start things off! In my own journal, Extreme Ownership, I have been using similar techniques in terms of goal oriented thinking, and it has kept my mind off of PMO. Stay the course friend

  3. So I'm back. I made progress on all of my short-term goals today. Slept in though; to solve that, I'm going to bed earlier tonight. Played basketball for exercise. I really had no urges for porn today thankfully. Or masturbation either. I'm feeling pretty good right now.

    • [1/3] Night Routine for 3 days
    I see that it helps me keep my mind off porn as well. Thanks for the words of encouragement.
     
  4. So it's the morning right now, and I stayed up late at night once again. Waking up at 11AM is not ideal. I keep trying to go to bed early, but my phone keeps distracting me. I need to be more disciplined in that area. Just venting right now.
     
  5. Heya, I'm back! Today is Day 4 of No Porn for me, and I have to say, it really isn't as hard as a thought it would be. I did masturbate today, which means I won't for another seven days. I was getting too horny from the urges to focus, so I rubbed one out without porn.

    Had a sleepover at my friends house which has officially wrecked my sleep schedule 100%. The morning and night routines will have to wait a few days as I fix that. Otherwise, the journey has been aight so far.

  8. So, I have decided to give up video games today. With that, also making up stories in my head while listening to music. It is time I move on from those things and grow up. I'll make a daily counter on here when I post my journal today.
