    Im not on the successful side at all, but im so glad that I found a way instead of being stucked in life.

    Before exploring NoFap and its ideology, i dint even know that PMOing is bad or harmfull. Even though I keep falling, still I know I follow the right track. I have a direction of improvement.

    For all in here feeling bad and struggling - keep in mind youre on the right way. Most of the people dont even realize danger of PM(O). Be happy that you know the truth of this sneaky poisonous addiction and you have oppoturnity to fight.

    I feel some kind of pride when I see a bunch of losers who PMO and then I see my reflection and think "I am a loser too but at least no PMO".
