I never saw myself resorting to an open forum for porn addiction.
I’m 26 years old and have been attempting NoFap for about 2 years at this point. I’ve Never been a compulsive fapper but a steady 1-2 times a day fapper...since I was 14 years old. I feel the symptoms of anxiety and depression and am hoping that once I do succeed at NoFap that I can begin feeling happier and more comfortable in my own skin. I most definitely have social anxiety and find myself looking for excuses to get out of social events.
Since starting NoFap my longest streak has been 1 month and since then I can’t seem to break a week. I decided today I would begin my next chapter and seek success in overcoming my addiction and strive for a happier future.
I’d like to introduce myself as just another member to the forum and another person who is going through the same struggles as many others here. Please feel free to share your story with me and together we could succeed.

I'm twenty, have been addicted to porn for well over a decade. I know the feeling, I can't remember the last time I went even a week without watching pornography. However, the key is to stay in the game and fight. I'll be here to encourage you, I'm new to NoFap and I see this community has people from all over the world who are getting over their addictions. No one is going to judge you, and if hundreds of people are being delivered from this every day, then you can be as well. You're a rockstar man!!!

Hey welcome to the forum! Nice to have you alongside us fighting the good fight! : )

I strongly advise you to be active on your profile; start by choosing an avatar and then make daily posts to show you're active and needing support/encouragement. They've got a neat little feature that shows freshly posted statuses for all users to see. People will find your profile and give you

    encouragement/support.

You should also highly consider creating a public journal (in the appropriate section[<-- link] for you ) and write about your days in more depth for us members to follow along on your journey!

★People love to communicate in the profiles section and also the journal section. These are 2 of the most important sections. Also, we could always use your help in supporting members around the forum and in return you most likely will receive some as well!

Last but not least: Good luck on your journey here, make sure to really give it a try with all your heart!
