    New here, battling with this addiction for well over a year knowingly (though unknowingly suffering for yearssssss!)
    This time I mean business.
    Got myself a therapist and a plan now.
    Going to kick this one day at a time.
    Coming here to share the pain and the positivity, to connect with others and to help if I can.
    Big respect to the community.

    Stay strong and motivated, try to look for some goals. Try not to make nofap as an ultimate goal, because then you may think about nofap instead of something that you can really achieve!
