Day 1.

 

Had this as a new years resolution. But yes its definatly something to keep in mind. And we will be Saiyans before the year is over also if we do it!

 

Relapsed because I really wanted. Initially I started NoFap with some clear goals in mind, now that I don't have any, it seems useless to keep doing this. I've pass all of my exams and I've got a new job (they are paying me more then I expected). Maybe ill try again, I have no idea, but seems the fetishes are making me relapse every time. Also I felt so much anxiety and I wanted to get rid of that feeling.

There is this woman that I was always interested in. She's insanely attractive and she's older than me (like 35) and I am 20. I never quite dared to talk to her, even though she was sometimes staring at me. Today I went to the gym and felt insane confidence due to my nofap streak. I hit a personal record on all my lifts. Thanks, man, this was actually the first time I spoke to her and I didn't even feel nervous or something. The next time I'm gonna see her, I'm gonna talk to her and step it a little up if you know what I mean, I am quite attractive so I can get away with certain things.

- so I relapsed yesterday I was still upset up my 15 day streak and was using that as an excuse to PMO lol I was on P for like 4hrs edging myself

-but now I have goals and clear ones too, that I know I can stick to.

- day 15 let’s go, ya know gotta start off small right can’t break a habit overnight

 

I think I am at day 5 today, it is ok but last night I almost relapsed, I couldn't sleep and went to look some of my fetish videos but I was strong enough to resist and put it down after 5 mins.I think doesn't count as relapse.
Today I feel better and less anxiety because I resisted I think, keep going!
