I had a positive 24hrs. Although I must admit that my current state of mind has been rattled and I am tired. I must move forward with positive boldness. Life is short and I can miss it by being afraid. On to the victory!

Good 24hrs. You know life is a funny thing, when we strive after the things we truly want it is easy to get scared and run away from them out of fear that we might not reach our destination. Why do we do that? Why are we afraid of our true potential?

I had a good 24hrs. I’m curious and must ask, when was the first moment when you realized that you could do 90 days? And what made you believe you could do it?

To answer my own question: For me the big moment happened when I was struggling with thoughts of PMO and I couldn’t sleep because my mind was so full of those thoughts. Hours went by and around 4 in the morning I had a moment of mental clarity. I realized that I was in control of my thoughts, I was the only one who could change my thoughts. I stopped being scared and gritting my teeth and said I am done letting these thoughts control me. I finally fell asleep and the next day I realized the power of the mental strength moment.

  10. Thanks for sharing mate. I was going through a similar thing. Will go on and will never give up.

    No PMO - Day 23 / 90
I've been away from the forum for around 10 days. There were a couple of thoughts but I was able to flee from them. However, there was a wet dream but it's nothing and I couldn't even remember what I dreamt. I've been busy replacing my old habits with better ones including more work.
I'm currently reading this free ebook called "Hobbies & Habits: Fighting Porn With Purpose." I'm not sure if it's okay to share this here, but this has referred me to NoFap.com. Some of you might find this valuable.
Kudos to everyone here! Let's press on fighting!

Thank you for sharing, I am always a big fan of a new read. I find it more and more interesting that many of seem to see how habits have been playing PMO for us.

I had a good 24hrs. Although I must admit that my habits when it came to eating wanted a bit today. I need to work on controlling my bad habits of snacking at a gathering. I know that this might seem off point, but I have found that when I become lackadaisical in my intentional habits that it tends to drift into the other parts of my life. An aditude of just doing what feels good, it the quickest way to create habbits that rob me of my sense of control and ability to become something more.
