The PIED and PE Cure?

    I've been PMO free for some months now. My Erections have increased a little bit, but not enough though to have proper intercourse. I'm not sure if I have to reboot longer, or if there is another cause. I also still have PE which would be caused by a muscle imbalance

    Recently I stumbled upon a reddit post about PC BC and IC muscles.(https://www.reddit.com/r/PIED/comments/7rvg88/ischiocavernosus_ic_muscle_cured_my_peed_and_low/)

    Now I'm curious. Is what he is saying correct? I haven't been able to find a common idea about the use of those muscles.

    Does anybody have experience with training the IC muscle? How would one go about isolating and training it?

    Wait a minute, you have a 143 days no PM streak and you still have PE and ED issues?
    im fucked......One of my main motivations to stop PM is to cure my PIED.....

    I’m having some issues still as well. My libido is totally gone, and that’s so weird for me. And I haven’t really had a erection much in a few weeks, before I wasn’t having any pied symptoms either. I also have had trouble with PE as well. I was obviously hoping to be in a lot better situation by now.

    I don't know what to tell you to help your situation, but by day 53 my ED issues seemed to have completely gone. I wake up with morning wood and I can get and keep an erection just by thinking about my wife. I say keep going with your journey and hold out for as long as it takes, because it will work. I've heard 90 days is the benchmark, but some people can be cured quicker while others take longer

    I was there too, that’s good to hear man. A couple months ago I could get a rock hard erection just by texting or touching my wife at all, even non sexually. Now it went back again. It’s like a rollercoaster ride

  6. I am also struggling with PIED and death-grip induced ED. I'm also struggling with escort addiction and resulting chronic STIs. I earlier read somewhere that it takes a couple of years to recover for those who were heavily addicted for a decade.

    It's also one of my big motivations. A couple days ago I found some exercises online which would help with PIED. I do notice a very little improvement in having random hard flaccid moments during the day. not quite hard flaccid more than nothing. I rarely had these before. I will check back when I learned more.

    As to your motivation. My ED and PE while with a woman was also because I didn't fully relax. I constantly clenched my pelvic muscles(causing fatigue). Now I'm training myself to stop doing that. One thing I learned about rebooting is that when no effort is done toward improvement, nothing will come. My social anxiety and such have really improved, but I put in hard effort. I haven't really put in effort improving my PIED(also because I thought that it would eventually improve). I guess that's why I haven't improved that much.

    Was f***ing my fwb last night. Had fun. This morning I was going for hours. Multiple positions. She came about 16 times. However I didn't ejaculate. I can ejaculate almost limitless times to p yet when it comes to a real woman who I know well and have f***ed many times, I think I sometimes suffer from PIED. Scary. Wasn't even fully hard I don't think for the entire hour we were at it this morning.

    I'm trying to analyse it. A p photo would have got me hard straight away. I was trying to fantasise desperately about my best mate's wife who I have a thing for. Even then my coc* had no interest. I think it's that it's so much effort and work to have good sex, compared to the brain pathways that are happy with the crack cocaine of easy fix as opposed to the 'work' of the real thing...

    Thoughts?

    My thoughts are that you have to reboot a bit more. Don't fantasize, even when having sex. I get that you want to get hard badly, but your reboot won't work if you use fantasies to get hard. The fantasies are still images that will be different from the real deal, no matter if you fantasize about real life sex or p. A real experience is much more than just visual stimulus. I would try to be more mindful when you're having sex(makes sex way more fun also). It could be that you won't get as hard because of this in the beginning. What is your approach to rebooting?

    I have had PIED for a year now. Recently is started looking into exercising the pelvic muscles(Still finding out what the best exercises and muscle groups are). I haven't had a sex with a woman yet since starting the exercises so I can't say anything about my PIED, but my d*ck did come alive. I now have more random hard flaccids and morning wood(which I almost never had before). I do notice that sex is more on my mind because of this and I get reminded of porn way more often than before. For me this is not really a problem however.
