Hey, all. First time posting on here. I've been into PMO on a daily basis for years and years. I recently got divorced after two years after she found that I was interacting with women online to just get off. What started as porn, lead to fetish porn, which lead to my need to interact online and via text.

While I regret causing my ex-wife heartache, the marriage was probably never going to last even if I had addressed my issues. I've had enough and am a little over a week into my 90 day reboot. I've used this opportunity to stop smoking cigarettes, deleted twitter, and keep my alcohol intake to a max of 3.

I've found that if I drank more than that...I'd give into my temptation of the fetish and also cigarettes. A lot less tempting when you are in complete control of your mind!

On Friday, I am off to Central America for a week. I can't wait to keep my streak going, unplug from all work emails/texts/internet, meditate, exercise, and just really live inside my head for seven days.

I'm looking forward to this journey! Best of luck to all of you as well!
