    Hello Mickeytee, Thanks for the posts, both are filled with great advise. The one about how habits works is particularly relevant for me. I feel stuck and need to get moving with some goals and creating the habits needed to do this is critical. I liked the advise about focusing on the cue that will start the habit.

    I'd suggest that you start setting up some habits just after waking up, and/or before going to sleep.
    For a lot of us, those are the most reliable and absolute cues.

    And it's fairly easy to remember. Worked for me.
